The Vessel will be provided with Bottom Entry Propeller type Stirrer OR Magnetic Stirrer (as per customers requirement) The design of each and every part is carried our considering the safety, required output , optimum utility, energy saving and Pharma quality. Available in various capacities and customised as per requirement at our end.

Indo German Pharma Engineers make STERILE MANUFACTURING VESSEL consists of a vertical cylindrical shell having bottom dish end welded with the shell, flanged type top dished end having air tight fitting arrangement with the help of Silicone ‘O’ ring and wing nuts with the shell. The Top dished end is provided with Light Glass, Handhole/Manhole with Sight glass, 0.2 µ Hydrophobic Vent Filter with Jacketted Housing, Inlet Nozzle, Compound Gauge, Safety Valve, Spare Nozzle & Spray Ball. Different nozzles are also provided on the top dish having TC End connections & sanitary type Diaphragm Valve.
The tank is also provided with Bottom Entry Propeller Type Stirrer & One number stationery baffle is provided inside the shell for breaking the vortex.
The design of each and every part are carried out considering the safety, required output, optimum utility, energy saving and to produce the Pharma quality vessel. The different Utilities are controlled through the control panel as per the requirement.
