The top will be dished end and provided with Light Glass, Handhole/Manhole with Sight Glass, Compound Gauge, Safety Valve, 0.2 µ PTFE Vent Filter with Electrical heating, WFI Inlet, Spare Nozzle and Spray Ball. Top Lid will be openable with the help of wing nuts for cleaning purpose.
Tank will be provided with Thermowell with PT 100 Sensor, High Level & Low Level Controller & Pneumatic Operated Steam Control Valve with Steam Trap. Control Panel in SS 304 with Starters and Temperature Indicators Cum Controller will be provided.

Indo German Pharma Engineers PURE STEAM GENERATOR is used to produce pyrogen free sterile steam for sterilization. It meets IP/BP, USP, US FDA standards and is used for sterilization in fermenters, pipelines and autoclaves. It is also used for humidification of Sterile Area. The simplicity of design, operation and maintenance are the essence of this machine.
The D.M. water is preheated in Pre Heaters before it goes to the main column where it gets converted into Pure Pyrogen Free Sterile Steam by taking heat from boiler steam at 6 Kg/Cm² pressure.
The Plant is also provided with Non Condensable Gases Removal column with SS 304 cladding.
All the contact parts are made of SS 316 L quality are Internally Electropolished
Available from 50 kgs/hr to 2000 Kgs/hr.

Multi Column Distillation Plant (Water for Injection Plant) is used to produce pyrogen free sterile distilled water and operates on direct steam. All Contact Parts will be made out of SS 316 L Quality & Electropolished. Double Tube Sheet Construction in 1st Column to avoid boiler steam mixing with the purified water.
The Unit designed to remove microbial contamination by Three Stage Separation. Number of effects is connected in series. Each effect has an innermost evaporator (Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger), an intermediate separator and outer columns. Source of energy for the first effect is Boiler Steam and the remaining effects use the intrinsic heat to supplement consumption needs of the heating energy.
Plants are available from 50 Litres/hour to 10,000 Liters/hour . The Water for Injection (WFI) generated from these plants is quite economical due to low maintenance and low operational cost.
