Indo German Pharma Engineers make Tray dryer is unique in design to meets the cGMP requirements to be used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries for drying the powder & granules.

All contact parts will be of SS 316 L Quality and Non Contact Parts will be of SS 304 Quality. The glass wool insulation is filled up in between inner and outer chamber.

The Statically & dynamically balanced blower is placed centrally on the top of the chamber which produces fresh air to the specially designed inner chamber having special effect both side angular slants which equally distributes the air overall the chamber which helps to maintain the uniformity of the temperature. It is placed with a heavy-duty rigid angle framework.

The design of each and every parts are carried out considering the safety, required output, optimum utility and energy saving. Controlling of different Utilities as per requirement through the control panel.

Indo German Pharma Engineers  Make Fluid Bed Dryer (GMP Model, SINGLE PIECE DESIGN) is designed to meet the cGMP norms to be used in the pharmaceuticals, food and confectionery industries for drying of granular, crystalline, coarse material with free moisture or water of crystallization.

Drying time depends upon various factors such as physical properties of Material, Moisture Content, Type Of Moisture and drying temperature. The Crystalline products can be dried faster than amorphous products containing same percentage of moisture at the same time. Generally pharmaceutical granules or crystals containing free moisture about 20 to 25 % can be easily dried in about 30 - 45 minutes at 60⁰ to 80⁰C temperatures.

Octagonal Blender is designed to meets the cGMP norms to be used in the pharmaceuticals, food and confectionery industries for doing the uniform mixing and blending of the granules. It uses the principal of powder tumbling and interacting because of octagonal shape momentum and centrally located baffles for uniform and intense mixing of the product.

 

The octagonal drum rotates freely around the shaft axis. One side of the shaft is coupled with a chain sprocket & is driven through gear box output sprocket. The gear box and motor is mounted on a sturdy tubular stand. The motor is connected to the gear box with love joy coupling. The drum is provided with a rectangular opening at one end & the other end is provided with Butterfly valve for discharging the product. An isolated control panel is provided from the front side of the blender for easy operations. All the Contact Parts are made out of SS 316 Quality & Non-Contact Parts are of SS 304 Quality.
