This Plant is COMPACT and highly efficient in manufacturing Pharmaceutical Liquid Syrup. The Plant will consist of Sugar Melting Vessel, Manufacturing Vessel, Storage Vessel, Dome Filter, Gear Pump, Zero Hold Filter Press, Inline Homogeniser, Transfer Pump, Interconnecting Pipelines, control Panel and working Platform. The same plant can also be used for making Antacids.

Indo German Pharma Engineers make Liquid Syrup Manufacturing Plant is highly efficient in manufacturing of Pharmaceutical Liquid / Syrup and also Antacid.
The Plant Consist of Sugar Melting Vessel, Main Syrup Manufacturing Vessel Storage Vessel, Filter Press and Pumps. All the vessels are interconnected with pipeline and the process is fully automatic, untouched through PLC.
Bottom entry stirrers are provided to restrict overall ceiling height.
Provision for CIP/SIP facility.
Externally placed inline Homogeniser ensures the complete product material homogenization and gives option for desired multiple passes in re-circulation mode with self inbuilt pumping facility within the unit.
Working platform in SS 304 quality with ladder and railing at three sides of the platform.
All the connecting pipelines will be made in SS 316 L quality.
Available in various batch capacities from 1000 litres to 5000 litres.View Complete details
