Indo German Pharma Engineers make Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) and Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) technology is developed considering the Aseptic Packaging with utmost case for eliminating microbiological and foreign particulate contamination from the liquid solution.  

The container formation, filling and sealing have been done in one machine under controlled environment.  The aseptic process ensures contamination free status of the product due to the use of sterile air shower and the flow of solution and air through sterile filteration system.   Hence the technology becomes the choice where contamination is a primary concern.  

The container protects active pharmaceutical ingredients from getting out due to diffusion and provides stability to the product.  It also acts as a barrier to protect content from light and environment. 

The design allows the use of wide range of acceptable grade polymers, LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene), PP (Poly Propylene) 

We also manufacture moulds.
