Super Heated Water Spray Sterilizer is developed by Indo German Pharma Engineers specifically for Terminal sterilization of solutions in closed flexible containers. 

FUNCTIONAL DETAILS

Throughout the process, overpressure counter balancing is carried out through sterile compressed air which maintains the inner pressure at pre-determined  level with respect to temperature range.  This ensures minimal pressure difference between the product and chamber.  The heating rate with different temperature minimizes the thermal shocking.

* Both doors are equipped with safety devices like mechanical, pneumatic & process interlocks to prevent door opening during the process.

* Water Spray Pattern suitably located & easily removable for cleaning application ensures uniform water distribution on the load and uniform temperature distribution during the process inside the chamber.

* Direct carriages loading facility in case of pit installations.  Carriages loading through trolleys for floor installations.

* Specially designed carriage wheels ensure easy carriage loading and unloading.

* Chain Conveyor system for auto loading and unloading of carriage (If required can be provided) 

*  Fully Automatic Control System with PLC, Touch Panel HMI & Printer OR SCADA control with monitor and keyboard. 
 

Indo German Pharma Engineers Bung processor cum Sterilizer  is a Multipurpose Equipment which can be used as a regular Autoclave in addition to a five stage Bung processing.  

The technique uses the process stages like Loading, Washing with detergent, Rinsing,Siliconization, Sterilization and Drying of rubber bungs.  

This is totally untouched process which maintains the hygiene which otherwise will not be possible by conventional method. 

It is designed to meet the WHO & cGMP requirements and used for STERILIZATION purpose.  All the contact parts are of SS 316L and Non Contact parts are made out of SS 304.

The rotating carriage is provided with perforated cassettes which ensures the complete cleaning of stoppers through air fluidization.  Re-circulation system with filteration eliminates dirt released during process and the floating dirt particles are released from the side pockets into the drain. 

The same equipment can be used as a Steam Sterilizer to sterilize metal parts, filter housings, silicon tubings, laboratory equipments, garments, etc by replacing the rotating basket with static carriage.  Thus the additional equipment cost as well as space will be saved. 

The design of each and every parts are carried out considering the safety, required output, optimum utility, energy saving. Controlling of different utilities as per requirement, and its process by the use of Programmable Logic Control.

Indo German Pharma Engineers DRY HEAT STERILIZERS are made for sterilization of empty vials, ampoules and bottles. Fresh air is a media of heating which will be heated by the heater bank and circulated by circulation blower inside the Dry Heat Sterilizer.

During the recirculation, the air will be circulated through HOT HEPA of 0.3 µ, for a pre-determined set time and will be exhausted at the end of the process.
