Fluid Bed Dryer

It is suitable for free flowing of granular powdered material. All contact parts will be made out of SS 316 quality and non-contact parts will be of SS 304 quality.

Special Features :

Pre air filtration by 20 micron filters and secondary by 5 micron.
Final air filtration through HEPA (0.3 micron) filters as an optional features.
Monoblock Construction: Retarding chamber and expansion chamber are made in single piece construction to enhance cGMP and facilitate hygienic cleaning.
Solid Flow Sensor Monitor : Dust monitor installation to detect leak on filter bags to avoid material loss and air pollution. (optional)
Inlet/Outlet dampers have proportional control valve.(optional)

Inlet/Exhaust location : Several alternatives to suit customer requirements.
CIP spray ball. (optional)

Rapid Mixer Granulator

It is designed to meet special needs of tablet manufacturing i.e mixing and granulation combined technique by reducing processing time, more homogeneous mixing, uniform granule size and above all maintaining improved hygiene complaint to cGMP norms.

Special Features :

The mixing bowl is with conical top and lid lifting is pneumatically operated.
The main drive shaft is connected to the gear bare shaft through extra bearing housing.
Chopper is inserted horizontally through the wall of the bowl to break the product to granules of required size which rotates at two speeds 1500/3000 RPM.
The granulator shaft where it enters the bowl incorporates air purged seal similar to the one provided in the main drive.
Side discharge valve is operated by a S.S. spindle connected to a pneumatic cylinder in closed position. The gate is flushed with the contour of the bowl.

Octagonal Blender

It is a slow speed blender for gentle blending / lubrication of dry granules & powder.

Special Features :

The bin charging system can also be incorporated in it which is a dust free closed system for charging and discharing of powders or granules.
Manhole with gasket is provided to fix baffles in the shell and for easy cleaning.
Safety railing with a limit switch for safety.
Discharge is through a butterfy valve.
Pneumatic actuation for butterfly valve. (optional)
Capacity available: 100 litres to 1200 litres.

'V' Cone Blender

INDO GERMAN make 'V' Cone Blender and is designed to meets the cGMP norms to be used in the pharmaceuticals, food and confectionery industries for doing the uniform mixing and blending of the granules. It uses the principal of powder tumbling and interacting because of 'V' shape.
