INDO GERMAN research and development efforts resulted in good quality products with excellent and precise process control as per needs of customer and their level of satisfaction. The design of the machine is as per ASME standards.
Steam sterilizers are available in different models and for the suitable applications.

• Vertical sterilizers (Microbiology lab) with swing doors.
• Horizontal cylindrical sterilizers (Microbiology lab) with conventional radial arm.
• Horizontal rectangular sterilizers with conventional radial arm and also with sliding doors.
• Bung processor cum sterilizer.

All models are available with SINGLE/DOUBLE door design except vertical which is available only with single door.

• Specially designed chamber to ensure complete condensate removal.
• Specially designed connector/nozzles sanitary type to avoid any chances of contamination.
• Special welding technique to avoid welding depressions inside the chamber.
• Excellent chamber finish with crevice free contruction to avoid chances of contamination.
• Uniform distribution of steam to achieve uniform temperature + 0.5^oC
• Sterile air filter (0.01micron) for vacuum break is provided on sterile side.
• Automatic control with PLC based control panel.

• Both doors will not open simultaneously.
• Both doors will not open when process is ON.

Super heated water spray sterilizers for sterilization of sterile liquids in plastic and glass containers.

• Large volume parenterals in glass containers, rigid or semi-rigid plastic, flexible plastic.
• Injectable products in plastic ampoules, syringe ampoules.
• Solution in plastic metering containers, in cans with flip-off or threaded closures.

These sterilizers are available in two types.

• TYPE A – Automatic & laterally sliding with pneumatic cylinders.
• TYPE B – Semi automatic & laterally hinged type.

INDO GERMAN dry heat sterilizers are made for sterilization of empty vials, ampoules and bottles, which can withstand a temperature upto 290°C.

• Class 100 hepa filter can be fitted inside and outside. The temperature variation inside the chamber will not be more than 5°C (Hottest Point & Coldest point).
• Special arrangement of baffles is made for the uniform distribution of air inside the chamber.
• The trolley design is such that the loaded trolley can be pulled out easily at 65°C due to specially designed wheels.
• Pneumatically operated 100 % sealed dampers.
• Specially manufactured Silicon door gasket to ensure zero leakage during the operation.
• Black particle generation is totally eradicated with the appropriate design of the heater bank, which is externally removable for maintenance saving time and energy.
• PLC based control panel.
• Total unit is made as per schedule “M” & WHO.
• More than 400 units working satisfactorily.
