Indo German Mini Cota (Semi Automatic Spray Coating Machine) is mainly designed to replace the conventional method of manual coating of tablets and granules. This is rapid and uniform coating system and has many functional features and advantages. It is a compact machine provided with specially designed S.S. spray gun to provide atomised spray. This system is much more economical and easier than fully automatic version which is approximately 15-20 times more expensive.

Mini Cota is comprised of pressure vessel which can be provided with SS Jacket (for sugar coating) with thermostatically controlled heaters, safety valve, pneumatic stirrer (oscillating type), spraying nozzles and compact control panel with double acting pneumatic cylinder for intermittent spray of liquid and air both. You can adjust the timing of spray cycle. It is provided with filter cum moisture separator.

Vessel is filled with coating solution and pressurised by oil/moisture free compressed air at pressure of 3 to 4 kg/cm² to get uniform atomised conical spray. The coating is done by spray guns which are mounted on SS heavy stand and can be adjusted horizontally, vertically, angularly, it can be swivelled too, if required. Duration of air and liquid spray is controlled through the electronic timer and double acting pneumatic cylinder.

• It is available with two spray guns mounted on SS heavy stand which can be adjusted horizontally, vertically angularly and can be swivelled, too.
• Provided with pneumatic stirrer.
• Specially designed pneumatic cylinder is provided which avoids the usage of solenoid valve and makes the system flame-proof.
• All contact parts are SS316 quality and mirror polished.
• Spray guns are mounted on separate SS stand so that vessel can be kept away from coating pan.
• It is available in 10L, 25L, 50L, 100L & 200L sizes.

• Solenoid valve is eliminated by providing double acting pneumatic cylinder for the operation of SS Spray guns with SS Body, making the system flame-proof.
• The liquid flow and air flow are cut off simultaneously to avoid the drying of solution at the tip of nozzles.
• It is provided with one piece SS jacket with thermostatically controlled heaters for sugar coating.

Vibro Sifter is a self-contained unit ideally suited for sieving dry, wet powders, granules, etc. All contact parts are made out of S.S. 316 and non contact.

Tablet coating pan is ellipsoidal in shape with circular mouth for charging & discharging, mounted at an inclination of 45^o to the horizontal plane on a body of angular frame covered with S.S. Sheets with gear base & drive motor with 3 step pulley for speed variation. The unit with hot air blower with electrical heaters controlled through thermostat with flexible pipe & fish tail end with complete with control panel.

INDO GERMAN make tablet inspection belt is a simply sturdy, durable and high productivity unique designed for 100% visual inspection of the tablets from both sides. 100000 tablets per hour can be inspected on this machine by employing 2 operators thereby reducing inspection cost considerably.
