INDO GERMAN rotary bottle washing machine is designed as per GMP Standard to wash containers of glass, plastic or other material.

• Provided with four separate stations for inside wash and one station for outside wash.
• Washing sequences and positioning of washing stations can be interchanged as required for liquid oral and injectables.
• A vary speed drive is provided for different output between 60 to 110 bottles per minute.
• The specially designed cups are provided on the platform to accommodate any size of bottle from 60ml to 500ml
• 'GENEVA MECHANISM' eliminates carbon plate which avoids leakage and maintenance is minimized.

As the washing nozzles are stationary, the contamination of wash water is eliminated.

INDO GERMAN rotary bottle dryer is designed as per GMP standard to dry containers of glass. It is based on 'GENEVA MECHANISM' (INDEXING PLATE). The unit will be provided with 64 Cups (Holders).
The unit will be provided with dynamically balanced blower for the suction of air, which passes on the heater bank to get the required temperature & to achieve satisfactory drying. Drying jets are provided for internal & external drying.

Control panel will be provided with heater bank control, ON/OFF switch, blower control push button switch & main drive control with overload relay will be provided inside the panel. Digital temperature controller along with RTD will be provided for controlling the temperature of the air from the heater bank.

The unit is enclosed in an elegantly designed cabinet covered with SS Sheet. It is provided with two syringes fitted on either side of the cabinet. The syringes are designed with non-return valve to dispense accurate quantity liquids (accuracy ± 1 %). It is driven by ISI marked motor with suitable reduction Gear Box, Push Button Starter and 3 Step pulley to provide three different speeds 10, 15 & 18 strokes/head/ minute, i.e., 1000 to 2000 bottles/ hour. The machine is also suitable for heavy liquids and hot liquids (Upto 800C).
